For more than five decades, JC DAV College, Dasuya has stood as a beacon of hope, transformation, and excellence in the heart of the Kandi area. Founded over 55 years ago by the leading luminaries of Arya Samaj, Dasuya, Pt. Jagdish Chandra Sharma, a great philanthropist, contributed towards this dream and it got materialized on July 15, 1971.
After merging into the DAV fold in 1975, this prestigious institution has been imparting education and spreading the gospel of Swami Dayanand Saraswati, instilling discipline and integrity in the youth of this Kandi area.
The college has built a powerful legacy rooted in rigorous academic standards, outstanding athletic achievements, and a vibrant culture of co-curricular activities.
We have consistently broken barriers to provide remarkable education where it was needed the most.
This intellectual harvest has been continuously irrigated through Jagdish Chandra Sharma Dharamarth Trust and many more benevolent contributors of the area who joined this noble cause.
At present, the college stands tall having 16 Departments offering 7 P.G. courses along with undergraduate courses.
The college had been granted "A" grade by NAAC with 3.29 score and an NPTEL chapter has been granted to the college by IIT Kanpur.
